Refund policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on custom hats.
Cancelations are subject to a 15% service fee within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours we do not accept cancelations.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order.
If you would like to return a Whiskey Road branded hat, we offer a 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since the order was placed, we are no longer able to provide a return for a full refund.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your order. First off, we apologize for this inconvenience! We are humans and are bound to make a mistake here and there. Simply call or email us here at Whiskey Road and we will make it right for you!
